Enquiry desk
Paste your timetable and trial rules. Put a form on the site you already have. Spotter drafts a reply and a follow-up for your staff to check, then copy into your own email or messages.
Accounts are by invitation. Spotter does not send the reply for you, and it does not take payments.

Embed the enquiry form with an iframe or a small script. A class chosen on the form is a request. Your staff confirm it. It is not a booking.

The inbox keeps each enquiry, a draft reply and a follow-up. Medical, injury, payment and complaint messages are flagged for the front desk and do not get an AI draft.
Read it. Check class times and trial rules against your knowledge base. Copy it into the email or messages you already use. Mark the enquiry replied, trial booked, joined or lost when that is true.
Open the reminders view for follow-ups that are due today or overdue. The numbers view counts enquiries, confirmed trial requests and people who joined. Test enquiries stay out of those counts.
